Johnny Ellis

It has been reported that John died in a road accident many years ago. He joined the Fleet Air Arm and was working in London during the week at the time, while living near Yeovil, commuting each weekend on his motorcycle. On one return journey he came off at about the half-way mark and was thought to be not seriously injured by the fall. Unfortunately before he could be moved to safety, he was hit by a following vehicle. He had four children and his wife Angela still lives in Somerset.
